when trying to open an avi in total commander, the file would not directly be opened but copied to the internal sd-card storage.
i thought it would be possible to open the file right away from its originate storage (streaming)
i tried out both variants of the plugin, the 50cent and test version.

do you have a player (like VLC) for avi files installed?
If so, you can do the following:

1. Click on the "xxx.avi" file
2. A Menu appears, asking you what to do with the file
3. select "Play (foreground)"
4. VLC plays the Video.

If you have more than one player for the extension ".avi" another dialog appears, asking you, which app should open the file.

Best regards,

Sceenshot after klicking on an AVI file
