Error -24 during application install

I have googled the internet for solutions.
There seems to be a solutions for rooted devices:

Clearing the Google Play Store cache and data might help: http://support.swiftkey.net/forums/1166 ... unknown-24
Also there is an official Bug report from Google:

It looks, like the error occurs only if you switched to the ART runtime.
I tried this for myself, but the error did not occurr.
