Error -24 during application install

This error is not specific to the USB-Stick Plugin.

I have googled the internet for solutions.

There seems to be a solutions for rooted devices:

Also there is an official Bug report from Google:

It looks, like the error occurs only if you switched to the ART runtime.

I tried this for myself, but the error did not occurr.
