Error: "GOOGLE PLAY RESPONSE: do not allow 291"

Description
There is a communication problem with the Google Licensing Server.
This error occurrs, if an USB mass storage device is attached and the plugin is started without an active internet connection.
How can this error occurr?
The very first time a stick is attached the Google Licensing Server is queried for a license.
If you do not have an internet connection you can not receive a license.
Also there can be a time gap when a new version (or beta release) was uploaded until the Licensing Server recognizes the new version number.
Solution:
Ensure you have an active internet connection.
Open in Total Commander the "USB-Stick Plugin" and make sure, that you are in the folder "///usbstick" (for the free version) or "///usb" (for the paid version). Then attach your USB-Stick.
If this does not help, please try again some time later.
