Speed problem : Copying is VERY slow !

Hi,
Usb Sticked plugin worked perfectly with my meenova on Nexus 7 (2012) under Kit Kat.
As the update to Lollipop was catastrofic for me, I had to downgrade to Kit kat but the plugin is now awfully slow to copy files to the nexus.
It's barely unusable while the speed is ok with paragon usb plugin.

Anybody has encountered this issue and what shall I do ?
